hiSoft Moves To Top 35 in IAOP's Annual Ranking of Global Outsourcing 100
(Beijing China, April 23, 2007) hiSoft Technology International Ltd has recently been ranked number 34th for 2006 according to The International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Annual Ranking of Global Outsourcing 100, moving up over 30 spots (from number 68th in 2005). hiSoft was recognized primarily for its expanding size and rapid corporate growth and is only one of two China-based IT outsourcing providers to make the top 35. IBM, Capgemini, and Hewlett-Packard were ranked in the top three.
The Global Outsourcing 100 defines the standard for excellence in outsourcing service delivery, based on four criteria: size and growth, customer references, organizational competencies, and management capabilities. The recognition is further evidence of hiSoft’s leadership position as the largest and fastest growing “pure play” ITO provider based in China as well as its presence as a major global player. hiSoft’s growth and critical mass continues to provide major Fortune 500 global clients with world class IT outsourcing and off-shoring services.

Tyloon, Inc. launches “Chinese Biz News”: The first Chinese language business newspaper for the Chinese community published in the United States.
El Monte, CA Tyloon, Inc., the El-Monte-based internet company which created the commercial search engine Tyloon.com in 2005, is announcing it is now publishing the first Chinese language business newspaper in North America. Issue # 1 of the weekly periodical “Chinese Biz News” will hit the streets in Asian communities in the United States on Saturday, January 19, 2008.
Right now there are nearly 300,000 Chinese-owned businesses in North America, with an annual income of more than $100 billion U.S. There are also many Chinese Media Outlets and Chinese Newspapers in North America, but not a professional “commercial newspaper” like this one. Until now.
Due to the ever-accelerating development of Chinese Enterprises in general, the Chinese Businessman in the United States has access to what is really a very limited amount of current practical business information. At the same time the Businessman in China mainland also urgently needs the bigger picture based on facts and trends about markets in the United States. “Chinese Biz News” has come into being to serve as an information bridge for Sino-U.S. business communities.
“Chinese Biz News” is a twelve-page, full-size weekly which will be published every Saturday. It is based in the Los Angeles area, which represents one of the larger Chinese Communities in North America and the Chinese mainland. Its primary readership will be the Businessmen and Women in the U.S. and China. Its content will focus on Chinese and American Markets. Its editorial slant will be forward looking and forward thinking, offering the most up-to-date information. “Chinese Biz News” is going to be distributed free-of -charge to State Libraries in America, major University Libraries, Chinese bookstores, and through all major friendly channels in China.
